- Tracking : After shipping you will receive an email with the tracking number.
- Partial deliveries : Multiple items may be delivered in separate packages.
- Customs fees : There are no additional charges within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, we cover any customs and import fees.
Return & Refund
- Damaged/defective items : Please report within 7 days (with photos/videos). You will receive a replacement or refund.
- Incorrectly delivered items : Please report within 7 days – we will send the correct item or refund the purchase price.
- Right of withdrawal : EU customers can withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason (return costs are borne by the buyer).
- Returns : Please do not return any items without prior consultation. Since many products are shipped directly from the supplier, we will work together to find the best solution (replacement or refund).
