What are my payment options?
We accept all the popular payment methods such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Pay, American Express and Google Pay.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. However, you could ask for a refund.
Why does my order arrive in multiple packages?
If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and therefore arrive separately.
Shipping is free?
Yes, shipping is free for our customers.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will first receive an order confirmation by email.
Once your package has been shipped by our supplier, we will send you another email with your tracking number .
You can use this tracking number to follow the shipping status of your package at any time. Simply go to the “Track your order” page in our shop and enter your tracking number.
How long does the delivery take?
Our delivery times depend on the warehouse:
• Shipping from EU warehouses: approx. 3-7 business days
• Shipping from international warehouses
(eg, China): approx. 7-20 business days.
What is your refund & exchange policy?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and send photos/videos of the defect.
We offer either:
• a free replacement or
• a full refund.
My item arrived damaged – what now?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and send us photos of the damaged item. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return goods?
Please do not return any items without consulting us. Since we work with different suppliers, return addresses vary. Please contact us so we can find the best
solution for you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days (depending on the payment provider).
